This is a contribution to the statutory activities of CHARITABLE CORTI, supporting the AYOT programme. The olive oil, the engraved plaque, the seasonal updates and the nights at Il Fornacino are a thank-you offered by Azienda Agricola il Gallazone, which owns the trees and produces the oil. No goods or services are sold here. If a harvest is compromised by weather or pests, the commitment carries over to the following year; contributions are not refunded.
