Why This Matters
Tuscany is not just a landscape, it's a legacy.
Our family has lived on this land since the early 1900s, tending olive trees generation after generation.Today we care for thousands of olive trees both mature and young ones — the groves of tomorrow.For us, the olive tree is more than a plant. It is resilience, memory, and life.A keeper of seasons. A silent witness to time. A temple of roots.By caring for these trees, we protect not just their fruit, but the soil, the air, and the soul of Tuscany.And because beauty only grows when it is shared, we opened this heritage to the world.When you adopt a tree, you become part of a story that continues — restoring abandoned groves, protecting biodiversity, and giving something eternal to those who will come after us.
Your roots don’t have to end where you were born.
To adopt an olive tree in Tuscany is to become part of something real — a living piece of land that grows with you. This is not a symbolic gesture. Your tree is marked with your name, cared for year after year, and it produces your olive oil, harvested from your tree only.
Choose your olive tree from our family grove in the hills of Siena — a landscape shaped by centuries of care and tradition.Once chosen, your tree becomes yours alone, a living symbol of patience and continuity. You give it a name — a dedication to someone you love, a memory, or a message for the future.That name is engraved onto a handcrafted plaque placed at on your tree, and you receive an official Certificate of Adoption as a lasting testament to your connection with this land.
Your connection doesn't end with adoption — it begins there.You'll receive seasonal updates that follow the natural rhythm of your tree: pruning in winter, flowering in spring, olives ripening under the summer sun, and harvest in autumn.Through photos and stories from the grove, you witness the quiet work of the land and the care that goes into each tree. Even from far away, you remain close, as a guardian of something real.This is how your tree becomes part of your life, growing in time and meaning, season after season.
Choosing an adoption plan means selecting how deeply you want to be part of this land.
All plans include your annual harvest of premium extra virgin olive oil, pressed from the very trees you adopt and bottled with your name. It is a tangible reminder of your place here.The deeper the involvement, the fuller the experience. When you adopt more trees, you unlock exclusive participation:
complimentary stays;
invitations to visit your grove;
the chance to walk the land and touch your trees;
enjoy the beauty of Tuscany as a returning friend rather than a visitor.
This is not only stewardship. It is a living bond with nature, tradition, and a landscape that becomes part of your story.

Organic Farming
Comes From Your Tree Only
Some trees grow. The olive tree endures.It survives drought, fire, war, and time itself. When cut, it rises again. Where life struggles, the olive tree remains.For thousands of years, it has been more than a tree — it is a sign.To the Greeks, it was a gift from Athena, a blessing of wisdom and peace.
To the Romans, a symbol of honor and victory.
Across ancient lands, its oil gave light, medicine, and nourishment — a sacred companion of life.But its deepest weight is carried in the story of Christ. In the Garden of Gethsemane, beneath silent olive branches, Jesus chose sacrifice over fear.And when the floodwaters fell, it was the olive branch that returned to Noah — a promise of life restored.The olive tree is a keeper of roots, a guardian of faith, a sign of rebirth.It takes years to give fruit, but once it does, it can live for centuries — outlasting empires, carrying memory through generations.What is sacred grows slowly. What is true takes root. To adopt an olive tree is to enter an ancient story — one written in soil, light, and hope.
Every tree we care for follows the natural rhythm of the seasons. Our work begins where all life begins — in the soil.We enrich it using organic matter and regenerative methods that restore biodiversity and water retention, ensuring long-term balance for the land.In winter, each tree is pruned by hand to guide its growth and allow light and air to circulate through the branches. In spring, we monitor flowering and protect the trees using organic, non-invasive treatments. In summer, we manage water naturally through soil moisture conservation and respectful irrigation.When autumn arrives, we harvest only at perfect ripeness to preserve antioxidants and polyphenols. The olives are cold-pressed within hours, ensuring purity and exceptional quality.This is not industrial farming. It is precision agriculture rooted in respect — a craft passed down through generations.
We restore natural fertility using organic matter and living soil techniques — never chemical shortcuts.
We use organic, non-invasive treatments only when necessary, safeguarding biodiversity.
We wait for the exact moment when fruit reaches optimal nutrients and polyphenols — no early mass harvest.

cAN I VISIT MY TREE IN TUSCANY?
Absolutely. Every adopter is welcome to visit. You can walk your land, see your tree, and even join us during the harvest season.
Do I own the land or the tree legally?
No. This is a stewardship adoption, not a land purchase. You become the custodian of your tree and receive its oil every year.
How long does the adoption last?
Each adoption lasts 12 months and can be renewed annually. Many people renew year after year to build a legacy over time.
How many bottles of oil will I receive?
Oil quantity varies slightly each year. But you always receive the full production from your tree(s) — and we never mix harvests.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes — adopting a tree is a powerful and meaningful gift. We can customize the dedication and deliver it in your name.
How do you care for the trees?
We follow organic and regenerative farming practices: hand pruning, natural soil enrichment, and no chemical pesticides.
Can I choose the name of my tree?
Yes. When you adopt, you can dedicate it to a person, a family, a memory, or a message — and we engrave it on the plaque.
Do you offer corporate or business adoptions?
Yes. Companies can adopt trees or entire groves for sustainability projects, executive gifting, team legacy programs, or CSR initiatives. We also offer custom adoption certificates and private-label olive oil with your brand identity.

This is not a company. This is a family tradition.
We are Filippo and Annalisa, two lives that met on the same land but grew in completely different directions — until they turned back toward each other, like two faces of the same coin.Filippo is a man of the earth, born and raised among the olive groves of Rapolano Terme, carrying forward a family lineage that has tended this soil for generations. These hills shaped him. They taught him devotion, steadiness, and the kind of strength that comes from working with nature.The groves standing today were replanted after the great frost of 1985, when almost every olive tree in Tuscany froze and died. From that loss came resilience. New life. Thousands of young trees that now offer their fruit with quiet generosity.Annalisa’s story begins here too, but it unfolded across the world. She left Siena at thirteen, lived abroad for 17 years, and built a life that was entirely international. Her work grew from a laptop connected to countless places and people. Her roots became the world itself.In 2021 they met by chance and fell in love. Meeting Filippo meant finding a soulmate and rediscovering the hills she once left behind. She fell in love with him, with his family, and with the timeless rhythm of Rapolano’s fields. Walking this land together feels like a promise that will carry them to the end of this lifetime.So when Filippo spoke his dream of opening Rapolano to the world, Annalisa stepped in with everything her journey had given her: global vision, digital skill, and the desire to honour the land that shaped him.AYOT was born where their paths meet — his earth and her sky, his lineage and her journey, two faces of the same coin creating a legacy that will grow beyond both of them.
We do not see ourselves as landowners but as custodians. These groves are an inheritance from those who came before us, and our responsibility is to care for them, regenerate them, and pass them forward — healthier than we received them.This heritage is too meaningful to keep to ourselves. Through AYOT, we open this land to the world so that even from far away, people can feel part of it, share in its fruits, and build a legacy rooted in something real.Today, AYOT is led by us as a couple — tomorrow, it will live through everyone who believes that land must be honored, not exploited. Its soul will remain the same: respect for nature, love for tradition, and hospitality for those who join us.
